The maritimes have announced their entry into the 2016 BRHL WJC. The full player list is below. The entry features players exclusively from the QMJHL (I guess these East-Coasters like to stay close to home), and is lead by team Captain, late-bloomer Philippe Myers of Rouyn-Noranda (drafted in the 2nd round of the 2016 BRHL Entry Draft by the Sharks). Other notables on the roster include:

- Nathan Noel of Quebec of the QMJHL, who is expected to lead the way offensively for the Maritimes. Noel is eligible for the 2017 BRHL draft, and is expected to go in the 3rd round.

- Luke Green of Sherbrooke of the QMJHL, who will likely skate alongside Myers on the teams top defensive pairing. Green is also eligible for the 2017 BRHL draft, and is also likely to go in the 3rd round.

In net, it is expected that Blade Mann-Dixon will get the start (with a name like that, he must be good), but he will be pushed by Evan Fitzpatrick, who is a solid young player likely to be drafted in the 2nd round of the 2017 BRHL draft.
