The back and forth series took another turn in this high scoring affair. The Preds were in trouble needing a game 6 win to stay alive in these playoffs but home ice was good to them and this time so were the officials. After struggling badly with penalties in the last game the Preds were fortunate enough to have 8 PP's of their own in this one and that was clearly the difference as they pumped 3 goals by "the King". With both teams exchanging chances and not much to choose between the 2 teams something had to give to declare a winner and specials teams proved to be the answer. There will be some very interesting decisions made by both GM's going to game 7 as the Preds R. Luongo is clearly exhausted and will not be close to 100% for the next game. With J.Howard only playing 1 game and taking a loss does GM Tyler trust in him at 100% or go back to a less then 100% Bobby Lou? On the other side of the rink GM Yee has been riding the aging "King" despite the fact that R. Lehner is better rated this season and is 2-0 in his only 2 playoff starts. With both of his goalies around the .920 save % does GM Yee give the nod to the rates or experience for game 7 after surrendering 5 goals in this one? HUGE game 7 coming with series tied at 3!
