No restrictions on the amount of players you can sign. I will not be maintaining a running log of the signings, you can view the transaction page for these. Also in the index if you're looking at rosters you can click on the Pro Team PlayersInfo tab to see future contracts. When trading, the responsibility for kowing future cap commitments is on each GM.

I will be updating them directly into the sim as we go. i will reply when they are done. Make sure to provide the sheet as backup when you send your offers. As per usual, if your offer is illegal, you're getting fined, starting at 500k and going up 500k each time. Don't make me babysit.

Restricted Free Agents

1)  Restricted Free Agents (RFA) are those players who are 27 years of age or under (27 with 1 year left if during the season). During the season, when a player will be a pending RFA the owning team is not required to offer that player a contract if they do not wish, they will maintain that players rights as an RFA regardless.

2)   RFA Age is players who are 28 with no contract left. Or 27 with 1 year left.

3)   All RFA signings are to be done using the Excel spreadsheet at http://brhl.net/File/RFASIGNINGSHEET.xlsx

a.    Please input the players information, get the cap figure from www.nhlnumbers.com

b.    Make sure to add an extra year onto the players age to reflect how old they will be in the sim when the contract comes into effect.

c.    Each season teams will only have two 4 year deals, and two 5 year deals to resign players with.

4)   Email all RFA re-signings to Bryce league at brhlbryce@gmail.com  

5)   If you choose not to sign a player to the amount determined by the spreadsheet. You may let him test the RFA waters. Or you may alert the commishes office that you would like to release the player’s rights. You must officially qualify a player to be awarded compensation.
