Take note, I (Bryce) am largely away until FA opens. ICQ still best way to reach me as I pay loose attention

FA opens at 10am EST on Monday July 10th:
- Page should be done a few days in advance. When it is, we will send links and tie it to the main page. For new GM's, it's awesome, and very easy to use.
- Reread the rules page on UFA, with the new rule change/adjustment (more below)

Buyout Deadline is July 5 at 8pm EST:
- No buyouts will be allowed after the deadline until after FA is over
- Follow the rules when submitting a buyout to me at brhlbryce@gmail.com

Rules Page Update:
- Nothing major, except the fact that all UFA's signed to base deals of 1.5m or more have a full NTC for 1 month into the season. It's been loosely discussed, but this finalizes that aspect ahead of FA.

Expansion Info:
- We continue to innundate you with information in advance of expansion in the summer of 2018. Listen to the recent podcast which is completely on expansion http://new.brhl.net/article/view/224
- Previously discussed rule adjustment has been added, in that expansion teams will only be able to select 4 goalies per team.
