Eric has seemingly built a juggernaut franchise that is here to stay. Winning the Atlantic won't be a cakewalk, but he not only has a strong current roster top to bottom, but he has great draft capital to make moves to shore up whatever deficiencies his team proves to have during next season. With more cap space than a lot of the contenders, he should make a nice splash next month too during free agency. Mackenzie Blackwood should be in line to steal him some games on the rare occasion his skaters go cold. The motivation is there for Eric to absolutely load-up his team and to go all the way next year. One of the top GMs to keep a keen eye on.
Biggest Strength: Roster balance and flexibility
Boston Bruins
Division Projected Order of Finish - 2nd

Division Rank 1st
Financial Power Flexibility Score... 0.9
Division Rank 8th
Quality Draft Capital... 1.0
Division Rank 8th
Greg went all in, and oh, what a run he had! His roster is still loaded, especially up front. He currently has very limited room to maneuver and tinker... as he doesn't have quality draft picks to dangle on the trade front, and cap space is virtually non-existent for him. His bank roll received a fantastic boost from his playoff success, so there is that asset sitting there for him to tap into at any time. I have him projected 2nd right now, but it could be a nice battle shaping up between him and Eric this coming season.
Biggest Strength: Potent offense and smooth-talking negotiating skills
